March 8: ANA Recognized for Excellence in Aviation

All Nippon Airways (ANA) has been named the recipient of the 2025 ATW Airline of the Year award, reaffirming its status as a global leader in the aviation industry. The announcement was made ahead of the prestigious Air Transport World (ATW) Airline Industry Achievement Awards, which will take place on May 30 in New Delhi.

Tokyo-based ANA, a member of the Star Alliance, was selected for its outstanding financial performance, strong leadership, customer-focused innovations, and ongoing commitment to sustainable aviation.

ATW’s Criteria for Selection

According to Karen Walker, Editor-in-Chief of ATW, ANA stood out for its:

1. Exceptional financial performance despite economic challenges.
2. Leadership in management and operational efficiency.
3. Continuous improvements to customer experience.
4. Dedication to sustainability initiatives in the aviation industry.

This marks the fourth time ANA has received the prestigious ATW Airline of the Year award, having last won in 2018.
